Exactly... it is one of the reasons a lot of people in masters do not gain the respect and acceptance of being a good player. The skill gap between the top 2% and top .05% is very big. lol... duelist... makes me laugh a little inside.

Different concept. Physical ability in physical sports translates well to other physical activities. Same thing applies with video games (less the physical part).

That's weird! Half a dozen arena pros here. Are you guys just supporting Zilea, or looking for an opportunity to get back into competitive gaming?!? Would looooove to see what arena veterans could achieve. *nerdchills* Reckful here would be sick *nerdchills*
By the way, the kind of BM, shit talking, trolling, flaming and whining on imbalance like on blizz forums or arena junkies, is not really accepted in the starcraft community. People here are FAR better mannered so Zilea's behaviour is kinda... out of place. And people already recognize you from the BM thread, so you're on the wrong path.
(Also <3 belligerent)

are you saying that some SC2 pros didn't do well in WoW? because I have a hard time believing that. it's easy to not have success in wow if you don't have the right teammates or time for it. thankfully SC2 requires neither of those and rewards individual skill much more than wow ever did...

Looking forward to the stream! Loved your WoM articles.
Do you still play wow?

Ugh, I left WoW because of the people in it, and now they too realize what a terrible game it is becoming.

That game has nothing to do with the word professional. I`ll be honest, I hated it since it came out and i never played it, so i could be just an ignorant hater, but that game is a joke and an insult brought to video games. It's associated with wasted lives, kept virginities and a sedimentary lifestyle, all that's wrong with video games. ... can't that be said for every other game? Sure, if you put it in that perspective, but consider this, you can play 5 hours of Starcraft II and go take a run, or play some football with friends, or hell, lift weights like inControL, but WoW is just wrong. I had this friend start playing WoW and every time my friends and i wanted to do something he was "in raid". We're gamers too, but seriously, WoW eats up all your time.
right, because all of the wow "pros" were "pros" because of pve . . . . . .. . .

There have been tons of top players from other games slaving just as many games as WoW top players and not getting anywhere near as good, barely scraping Gladiator. Examples are the entire old mouz CS squad as well as HeatoN, Tyler etc.
I agree however that it would've been rather easy for a competitive mind to just roll fotm and be successful with that.

Fuck this guy. Actually tries to convince people that he is a sponsored professional, when actually he is just a glorified Diamond player. Terrible player.
|
He failed at warcraft playing the easiest class/comp and will fail at sc2 he is extremely bad mannered and got carried badly, doubt this stream will be worth the time tbh..
he is nothing close to a professional so dont let him fool you

When he was in diamond they were paying him in peanuts, now in masters he gets paid in cashews. Moving up the ladder slowly!

Actually killed him with my first six lings in a standard ZvZ. He started whinging and having a cry, sorry bro, pretty hard for ZvZ to be imbalanced.
