lol i can't raelly blame him for being pissed.
the first game i saw minigun/idra play idra used roaches to bait forcefields then sent speedlings in while ff was on cd. Absolutely destroyed minigun's expansion and a few sentries. If zerg loses their expansion it's pretty much over but, any other race NO PROBLEM.
So goodbye nexus, forge, pylon, a couple sentries. Idra's obviously at a substantial lead, right?
And then minigun comes back with a 6gate push and repeatedly defeats roach/hydra with stalker sentry. Part of that is how stupid typhon peaks is for zerg, it's not exactly broken but there's not a lot of open field to fight in.
But, to be fair.... Why is he using roach/hydra, and roaches without burrow move? Or baneling drops, or just get overlord speed/drop to lift units above forcefields. It seemed like he just wanted to lose and bitch about it.
But no minigun's play was stupid. When he sniped idra's lair with blink stalkers he lost ALL his stalkers to basically kill a lair, when spire tech was already up... I'm not really sure why idra left but he was playing stupid.... He attacked up the ramp on shakuras, that's just suicide. He could've gone and hit the 3rd base where there weren't any sentries, probably.

Force fields completely breaking down unit pathing is just the dumbest shit in the game do deal with.

Without force fields protoss would simply loose. It's there for protoss to gain an advantage, and they need to micro that right or they loose. Terran's tier 1 units like marauders and marines, good luck on defending against those units without force fields.
They need to tech up to immortals which take long time, with force fields they can buy enough time to get it. Same against zerg, speedlings are dangerous as hell. A colossus wont do it alone, or zealots with charge. U need force fields to break them up in smaller groups so they wont get surround that easily.

Force fields are broken, but protoss need them, done.
They are OP with them, but UP without them.

Who even care's about imbalance or not, watching units turn into gibbering idiots that you know could do so much but choose to just run around doing nothing and no matter how hard you try to force them around the field (which they could easily walk around) they are adamant about being worthless... It's somewhat frustrating.

Which means that zerg units need to be changed.

He probably doesn't give a shit about laddering at all but Zergs have been fine using baneling drops, roach burrow and such techniques other than running your units into sentries haha.

Basically how i feel. Blizzard balanced protoss around that ability. Agree protoss would die in a fire without FF but with 8+sentries its dumb to even try unless you can snipe which for a Z would seem hard.

Anyone know which vod on jtv has the Root sniping Idra matches that they talked about on SotG? A link would be appreciated.

Idra streaming and listening to metric...must tune in!

Are there any other really good progamers known for being the way idra is? Nope, exactly why you have to have an attribute which describes you. Any publicity is good publicity
And I have no doubt that either personally or outside of competition he is a great guy.

why dont we see his hotkeys? does anybody know about that ? Because he hides them using the interface options. Iirc he said earlier on his stream, that he does not need to see them and has a bit more free space on the screen by hiding them. If you want to see his bindings, just get a replay (from MLG for example). You can see them when playing it back.

No, seriously guys, if you don´t have any proof at all, not a shred of evidence, why make statements like that? You will just look stupid. "He was able to streamcheat" doesn´t proof anything.
You do realize that Incontrol was watching *IdrA's* stream. And streaming himself. And casting Idra's game (since he's, you know, a caster). With 1500 people watching.
Seeing as there were over 7k people watching Idra's stream at about 4 AM EST, there was quite a lot of buzz about those games, considering he was playing against ROOT nonstop, raging, EG had a team match against ROOT the *next day,* and Incontrol is on his team. Kinda makes sense that he would want to cast from Idra's stream...
