Some day we oughta get in the same voice chat (or if not me, one of your other buddies) for some silly conversational greatness. Though you do tend to watch chat like a hawk, so I'd get'cha if voice chat is too distractin'. Anyway, awesome stream- never lose that enthusiasm! | ||

I've been watching him for about 2-3 months now... first saw his stream on reddit, or when browsing through the unwatched streams on TL, bcoz I like to ask questions, and a stream with a small viewer count can provide that Chet has quickly become my favourite streamer, and I'd watch him over any other streamer (korean pro, na pro w/ commentary). I picked up a lot of good stuff from his gameplay, and gained confidence to continue laddering. He has shown me you don't need to have perfect injects, or refined builds to win. For that I'd like to thank you Chet ♥ He goes through his plans, reactions, and whole gameplan in his commentary, and I've often identified situations that I've met previously and had no idea what to do about them. But Chet explained and showed me how to deal with those situations, and I have implemented them in my own play..and I'm more successful nowHe has cool music playing, and he interacts with the chat...a lot..For any zerg who's looking to improve, Chet is definetly a streamer you should check out!. Also check out and support streamers with low viewer counts, you might learn a lot Thats all!  | ||

Absolutely; I definitely think that I am not very good right now. I constantly hover on the margin to grandmaster and even that is a very large pool of very good players that is sometimes deceptive. A lot of the time I just whiff and end up failing miserably which is ok since always have fun. When I watch *any* of my replays I immediately see a million things that could be going better from even a strictly mechanical point of view, not even going into decision making. Even though I'm not quite anywhere near gsl standards, I go through little spurts where I'm getting like constant high ranked grandmasters on ladder (like in the range of top 1-25), then fail miserably and my mmr drops again. Haha he is playing Gaulzi right now. He doesn't know he cannon rushes every game. Fist cannons are up, could be bad. So far he has thwarted the first part of the cannon rush. Heh, smartly didn't take a third base and just crushed Galzi's first push (after the cannon rush was held off). Uh-oh, he just lost a bunch of hydras that got caught off creep Gaulzi just killed his 4th , looking grim. Gaulzi just threw the game away with a void ray switch. Haha Cheticus just said "I can't begin to imagine why he switched to void ray" lol. Gaulzi lost most of his voids for free and GG shortly afterwards BTW chet, the reason Gaulzi made voids is because he cannons every game and once the game goes beyond 10 minuets he typically falls apart and makes bad decisions. Gaulzi (who I enjoy watching at times) is proof that cheesing every game can only take you so far. Anyway, some other cool things this guy dose is he snipes scouting probes with his drones (nice to see at master level), he also dose this sick drone pull all-in when protoss fast expands. It doesn't look like it would work but somehow it wins games. Anyway seriously check this stream out, I predict if he continues to stream regularly it's just a matter of time before he will be featured. | ||

The drone thing is tried and true in my book against nexus first. Also on an unrelated note, if you want some cheticus trivia, I'm the original infestor guy xD (go to ~12 minutes) and you'll see destiny learn the power of the infestor. It was golden. Avilo kept mentioning the pause afterwards too cuz he had no idea why he paused. Chet trolled the shit out of him all game. The sad part is Avilo knew the all-in was coming 5mins before it hit and even said so but did nothing NOTHING try try to prepare for it. He just kept expanding and not getting a defense ready and then lost to the push and called Chet terrible.... If Avilo even tried to hold the push or reacted in any way to it after he knew it was coming then his rage would have been justified, but if you think someone is terrible because you know they are going to rush you and don't defend and loose you are terrible. XD I enjoy watching Chet play because he is not the best of the best, and because he has fun while he plays. It's a refreshing change of pace from watching pro vs pro all day. | ||
