As to the question just asked on the stream: if you ask people who tuned in via TL, you'll probably hear something along the lines of "we are from Germany, but actually don't mind if you talked English in the cast", since basically every German on TL understands English just about as well. (obviously, because else they'd have some serious problems here)

What I am trying to express: I understand both languages perfectly well and don't really care for which language you choose. However, it wouldn't be bad for all the non-German viewers if you did it in English.

Just like most of the posts up, I don't understand German a bit, but your stream production value is awesome, you can make people who listen to you excited regardless if they understand you and your camera movement are smooth.

Great job and keep up the great work!

EDIT: And awesome, you also sometimes explain for those of us in English! You are beyond awesome, you are GREAT!

Just tuned into Khaldor's German cast of the FXOpen Invitational since I've been hearing a lot about his high-energy commentating/etc from non-German speakers and I have to say the commentary is really entertaining and the production value looks top-notch.

Definitely the first time I've ever found myself completely disregarding the fact that I don't even understand any of it (except the unit names) yet continue to watch, haha. :D

I took a couple semesters of German in college, so I can read German very well but as far as understanding it conversationally I'm a little slow. Regardless, I love your stream and prefer to listen to your casting in German versus any of the casters even if they were in English. Keep up the fantastic work Khaldor!

The game that has been cast in English really wasn't bad. In my opinion there's nothing that should prevent you from throwing in some English casts every now and then - it'll probably help you accumulate more viewers as well.

Edit: Furthermore, if you're casting in German, it'd be great if you tried to avoid those "Denglish" sentences. E.g. "da defended er erstmal", etc.
I understand that it's hard, just sayin'.

I am an Australian living in Germany with very limited German knowledge and I find your stream one of the best to watch for tournaments. I think the quality and excitement you convey when commentating easily makes up for the language barrier. Also very considerate of you to cast some games in English for those who don't understand German but I think your casting in German is fine too. Moonglade vs Goody is on, nationality grudge match time! :D
