Edit: On a more serious note. Doing what you did today as some sort of fan service seemed really popular. Mixing it up with you games and sometimes semi commentating seems really legit.

The running and pull-ups I could do easily. I can keep that running pace for an hour+ (10 miles in 60 mins). I do 3x10 dead hang pull-ups with 2 minutes rest. I haven't done crunches in a very long time but some exercises I do work abs. I don't think it'd take much training for me to do 100 crunches in 2 minutes.

It is to note that these are not in fact crunches, but sit-ups, from what they say. (elbows in contact with the torso, touching the thighs), since a crunch doesn't allow you to raise your lower back. As a soldier (IT field), doing my fair bit of sports, and a fellow gamer, I can manage : - probably ~12-15 pull-ups, since I nearly never train my arms. I know I can manage 10 easily while warmed up. - 55 sit-ups in 2 minutes without breaking a sweat (it's my annual test, immediately following rope climbing), so probably 75/80 going all out. - 3 miles (4800m) in around 19minutes (since I do 3200m/12min, I'd have to slow down a little bit) Shit, that's barely 80/100, I fail ![]() If there's any interest about it, here are the french army annual sports tests (score to get the highest mark) General tests : - 12min running (3300m/~2.05miles) - 2*5m rope (8s) - 55 sit-ups in 2 minutes (these 3 are normally done one immediately after the other) - 100m free swim + 10m diving (long, not deep) (1min40) Specific tests : - FAMAS shooting : 100m lying down (6s to take the position from scratch, aim and hit the target), 75m crouched or on knees (5s), 50m standing (5s), 25m standing, dual targets (5s). You have 6 bullets, and are running in between. - 8km/5miles running in fatigue dress/ranger boots (36min)

I do have to complain about your mods though. I've seen more than one person get banned with little reason. One person got banned for linking a video (with zero questionable content) that someone asked for. Another person got banned for saying someone else in chat isn't a psychiatrist. Maybe consider removing the mods you don't personally know. Other than that, great stream. keep up the good work!

I don't think you're allowed links... they could go anywhere and it's better safe than sorry. The other reason is a bit weird but to be fair that guy probably said "you're not a fucking psychiatrist idiot loloollolol".

The overlay/xsplit seems to be acting up. We only see a frozen picture of xsplit and your webcam.
