Honestly, they get hate because in a weak group, they only managed to advance to the round of 16 by technicality. Until yesterday Portugal had 0 wins in regular time throughout the entire tournament I can see why some people would be slightly upset that Portugal got to the finals with a performance like that while Germany, Italy, France and Spain have to butcher each other on the other side of the bracket.

Many germans saying it's a easy win.. lets see who gets the last laugh and Cristiano sucks right? here.. enjoy 8 headers like the one last night http://www.marca.com/futbol/eurocopa/2016/07/06/577d6bece2704e57388b4586.html ohh and GG WAles, you are a awesome team with great players! <3 Bale Well, first of: a EURO Final is never easy. It may be the easier than playing Italy/Germany/France but that's another matter. Second:Sure ppl hate on CR7, but nobody dares to doubt his talent. Hate is mostly directed at his personality/ character Third: GG Wales, pity you missed some key players. The way Wales played the only way for them to score would have been some lucky punch from Bale so i guess the result is deserved

Still gonna be very hype though, because France is the host after all. I agree. I wouldn't even feel bad if we lose to the host nation. being world champion makes euro champ title much less desirable. beating Italy was much more important to me.

They began the tournament as the favorites, have home advantage, and Germany is missing 3 key players.

![]() Müller as lone striker? ![]() ![]() 3 defensive mids? ![]() ![]() ![]() They probably trained penalties all week and rely on Neuer to save them in pens after a 0-0.
