It has to be bad for one of them - either you think nony gets a free ride and he gets to see all idras replays, or you think that idra gets far more practice; but surely, getting to the number one on the ladder and being third in the last TSL should be rewarded with easy placements in the groups, or at least random ones; why is their reward to get put into a difficult knockout contest? .... He plays ladder #1 then if he loses he plays R3 of the easiest group ( A )

Nony didn't get 3rd in the last TSL. And as people have said your question has been addressed so I'll let you search for the answer.

NonY has been inactive for a while now and is, while wholeheartedly practicing for this, out of shape by many miles and not in his best shape. NonY is also not a player who is likely to cheese IdrA a few times in a row. It's a Best of 5. So I guess I was hoping that someone would throw out some thoughts on how Nony can win...

Generally no. But the fact that he's been inactive for 8-9 months combined with the fact that IdrA has been improving almost exponentially is what I think is going to win the match for IdrA.

You also have to consider the way Nony trained and how much he trained. His lack of skill when inactive is pretty legendary.

Jesus! I don't know how good Morrow is, but his playing is entertaining. And his reaction is understandable. Just watch the reps about incontrol and make yourself an idea about who is a dick in the whole thing. Now, being n°2 or n°10 on this ladder doesn't change shit so maybe some people should relax a little a bit about his playstyle and stop raging when he wins by cheesing. Plus, cheese is a great part of that game. Boxer vs Yellow is one of the most famous and funny bo5 in history. Hope Morrow qualifies, and if he doesn't, it doesn't matter. As all this is a fucking game.
