so is it your opinion that there should be a certain rank icon a poster has to achieve before they're allowed to use capslock? where would you put it? hydralisk? lurker? queen?
perhaps limit it only to staff?

I'm more or less forced into using a Logitech MK250 and being a long-lasting wireless budget KB that I got for free, it doesn't have a CAPS LOCK indicator.
Yet I still manage to not get banned for posting all caps, because I actually look at what I'm typing and have typed. Or something like that.

You know, I don't necessarily diagree with the OP, but something like that needs to be framed in a coherent, logical, and complete argument. Referring to Destiny's viewers as a "terded fanbase" doesn't quite accomplish that
