I don't 100% agree with the ban of Effay (from the soul calibur thread). It wasn't a nice thing to say to be sure, but it was definitely true. neoghaleon baited him into that by shitting on basically every other fighting game in a fighting game thread. Akin to going into the sc2 section and going on and on about how much BW sucks or vice versa, you're going to catch some heat for that and you deserve it.

(You could make a troll argument about how a seasoned fighting game player shouldn't be falling for such obvious baits, but we all have our flaws)

Sure, whatever, you're a technical genius. It's just wording because you need to equate the AMD term "module" with the Intel term "core" and the AMD term "core" with the Intel term "thread". I mixed up the terms for a second, so there are 4 "modules" with two "cores" each. As for the rest of your stupid post (which contributed absolutely nothing), and the other stupid posts in this thread, they couldn't be further off topic.

Next time somebody feels like making a post, here's a checklist of what this thread isn't about:

-The power efficiency of Bulldozer
-Microsoft performance fixes
-Techarp's piece of shit x264 HD Benchmark program which is only capable of benchmarking 4 cores
-Benchmarks in general
-Other AMD processors
-Any Intel processors
-A pissing contest

This will pretty much be my last post; I hope somebody who has a Bulldozer or access to one can post a screenshot and bring some actual real world data, so we can see what it does with xsplit. I don't understand why anybody without a Bulldozer is even posting here. Judging by some of the outrageous post counts though, it looks like some people just have nothing better to do than to spam useless bullshit all day long.
