With all that data, I'm sure we can pretty accurately predict which posters will be actioned soon again, and even which will be permed soon. This, of course, leads to a minority report-type of TL moderation, where people get permed for things they haven't done yet if it is very likely that they'll get permed judging from their moderation history. Which of course is highly desirable, as we actually prevents bannable posts rather than just punish them.
