I wasn't implying you did it because you were German. I was just pointing out how incredibly German you are.

I am sorry for trying to be serious in such a funny and generally pleasing thread, but I just wanted to point out that the stigmatization of pedophilia and the attitude of "that's the worst evil, don't even talk about it and get off the surface of the Earth" is the main reason why it is incredibly difficult for a pedophile to get the help he needs not to harm anyone. I understand that TL is not the internet hotline for nerds in psychiatric distress, but there were some pretty nice blogs where people got some needed support, because their issue happened not to be politically inacceptable.

I don't disagree with you,but we have to be super careful with NSFW stuff from now on. Some "worthwhile" threads are unfortunately going to suffer, there is simply no way around it.

I don't recall a single instance of this. I recall multiple instances of people posting about their pedophilic tendencies but not one instance of them getting support (or wanting that support).

When I think of them, I become angry.

What type of NSFW, because that thread seemed to be a super super outlier O_o like how many times has TL gotten warnings from google that you need to delete a thread or remove the content.
NSFW is already pretty heavy moderated theres no like "whos ur favourite swimsuit model, post pics please" threads or graphic accident images from some news events at most theres a link directing you to another site that show the images, what type of nsfw do we have to be super careful about cause i didnt think fluffy or yoko were NSFW more like trolly/annoying, or am i wrong they are considered NSFW.
I can see how dogsex, airplane masturbation is nsfw (but that was from quite a while ago) and i havnt seen many threads like it recently, whats an example of nsfw content that wasnt already being moderated that now has to be more closely watched

I was using fluffy as an example of something i dont believe is nsfw but could it possibly also be included in the new "super careful with NSFW stuff from now on"
because i dont disagree with the removal of that thread,

Does this mean the Kpop thread will finally be put out of its suffering?

No one needs to freak out about anything, things will continue on as they always have. If there is stuff which we need to remove we'll remove it. If the poster who posts the content is doing so innocently then they won't be actioned (generally) rather advised that that content is stuff we can't permit on TL anymore. If the poster is posting this content maliciously or with intent to break the rules then that'll get actioned. But for 99%+ of users nothing is going to change and they won't even be aware that this is going on.

edit: as a general thing that is, not specifically in relation to TL policy :p
