Well in theory, if a large enough proportion of the users boycotted Teamliquid because of the actions a particular sponsor, that would pressure Teamliquid into not taking sponsorship from that particular company, and starve the company of advertising. This guy's protest won't be particularly effective, because he's not put enough effort into organizing a boycott but I don't think he's being illogical to the point of hilarity.
