Is it possible for someone to have a permanent ban reverted ?
I just saw a post from someone whom I believe was permed. I am adamant he was banned because he was the only people that got under my skin so badly I wanted him to get banned too ... Nonetheless I can't found any post on him on the Banlist nor can I found a post I think I made a long time ago in this very thread rejoicing over his demise.
