The SC2 community, in particular the reddit part and the LR thread whiners, can be bipolar as fuck sometimes, and very bandwagon-y. If you're not top 10 in the world at any point in time or already have a ton of followers (see: IdrA and some others) they don't give a shit about you and won't hesitate to state it publicly. Not only that but the fact that one month everyone loves someone, the next they say he's overrated as fuck and a trash player, whether there's any reason to make those claims or not. I feel for HuK. His play hasn't inspired me in forever, but at least he's still a cool, honest guy. | ||

decaf was just temp banned for 2 days by KadaverBB. That account was created on 2010-10-27 16:56:55 and had 1605 posts. Reason: Please don't bash players/foreigners/Blizzard all in one post. With the added balance whine, this is like a textbook example of a bad post. I seriously hope no one will make a name for himself in this game ever again. Foreigners should not be able to compete anymore, they're only able to if the game is severaly imbalanced. The only way people make names for themselves in sc2 is via game imbalances (patchzergs). It's time to get rid of all the bad players, but unfortunately that won't go so well with blizzard being as imcompetent as they've proven to be in the past. I'm sick of bad players beating good players. On topic, I never saw much from decaf, but his post history was pretty overtly hostile. | ||
