Xpace was just banned by EvilTeletubby. That account was created on 2011-03-15 22:22:48 and had 1656 posts. Reason: On December 16 2012 15:29 Xpace wrote: There are trolls in every stream chat, especially when it's unrestricted, not modded or isn't subs only. But really, + Show Spoiler + KOREANS GET TEH FUCK OUT OF THIS STREAM. WE ARE SENDING ANDERS BREVIK TO SOLVE KOREAN GOOK PROBLEM. THIS IS NOW A USA-ONLY CHAT. What the fuck is wrong with you?!? Whoa, I'm pretty sure this dude was just quoting and criticizing one of the many instances of racism on the Korean SPL chat. I don't think he was endorsing or producing the spoilered material. That place got taken over by English speaking trolls/racists the second the English stream went down. edit: On December 16 2012 15:34 Bibbit wrote: Poor Xpace, I think he just quoted something from the stream chat to point out how messed up it is there. I guess you're better off leaving that jazz off TL altogether, quote or not! Prudentially perhaps, but there's no way that post would be given a perm if interpreted the way I think it was intended. I think ETT thought that Xpace was saying that Koreans were stream trolls before launching a racist screed against them, rather than criticizing stream trolls who were producing said screeds against Koreans.

Yeah, pretty much this. I realized it right AFTER I hit the ban button. It's a stupid thing to post regardless, and he has an abysmal posting history, but I wouldn't perm based on that alone. Working to get it reversed.

And the sad thing is that he does a lot of the time. I really couldn't care less if he _coined_ the term eSports, there are plenty of other people who contributed just as much and more than him without being so condescending and rude. On December 16 2012 05:52 MasterOfPuppets wrote: And people have the audacity to call TB entitled when retards like that guy (MarkK) plague this community... I don't think it's a particularly audacious statement to call someone who is so blatantly entitled, "entitled." It's not even like insulting at this point, he kind of flaunts it, and he and his fans say things like you did just there; he has "the right." I don't think anyone has the right to say what he says, regardless of their fame and regardless of whoever else might be acting like a retard or a prick or whatever on the rest of the internet. If it was anybody else, people would have nothing to do with someone so impertinent. I don't really see how anything he has done in the past justifies how he acts now. He is so arrogant, and so quick to retaliate, even to people who claim to be fans of his. I'm just not one to turn my eye away from that. He needs to learn some goddamn manners, if you become as famous as he did I think it's more important to learn how to deal with people that bother you rather than react like a five year old on angel dust at the slightest suggestion of anything but idolization. He hates people that idolize as well, fyi.

I think it depends on the time between the moderations For an actual number, I would say more than 2-3 bans per year would be pretty bad.

There are a load of people on their second page (20+) of history.

Yay, I'm not a bad poster!

My three war wounds: (All warnings) 1. For posting a picture of a walrus in a thread completely not relevant to walruses 2. For calling a guy who said, that legality of nudity in public should be determined world wide by what was acceptable on an american beach, an idiot. 3. For going mental on a guy who kept talking about doping in a thread about Tour de France

M is a bit weird...I am counting the one temp and one warning, but not the ban for the ABL 1000 page celebration...so 2. T=836 P=3359 M=2 (836+3359)/2 = 2097.5. Woot woot!
