You can either go through and manually format, or you can ctrl+f the content in view page source.
Those are the best ways I know.

I just copy pasted what were there and put the [b] tags and [url=] tag in for the link and then copied the url of the the image and dropped it in [img] tags. Finally added [quote] tags and posted. So yeah, I didn't really quote a closed thread, I just faked it.

If you right click on any image (I think in any browser) there'll be a "view image" button taking you to the url for just that image, and a "Copy image location" or "Copy image url" button. I used copy image location and just pasted it in.
