Now, other than for the sake of discussion the only other ulterior motif I could think of is to raise awareness of the shenanigans Destiny pulls in order to get him un-featured on TL, since randomly un-featuring him would cause a storm in and of itself. If only people would just discuss that instead of the mayhem it would be interesting! | ||

Its the way society is now apparently. People get all up in arms about stuff that REALLY doesnt concern them, (does destiny calling someone a name really have any effect on you going about your daily life?), calling for blood, then getting bored in a week and forgeting that it ever happened or that they actually "cared." Just look at Ozzy Guillen and the castro situation in baseball earlier this year. It isnt isolated to TL or the internets at all. | ||

Well although the Destiny thread doesn't look like a "civil" discussion, these kinds of issues are going to continue to occur as the scene evolves and more personalities enter the business. It's good to get a perspective of how people react to certain controversial incidents, so that it serves as a lesson later on. In the meanwhile, we here just enjoy the occasional clever ban reasons by our witty mods as they crack down the downright silly and unfit individuals in that thread. | ||

Ten Commandment has about 500 pages, the automated banlist has about 1000 pages. Does this mean that 2/3 of the people don't read the rules and get banned for it? | ||
