What about Enterprise? I think that if they had continued with season 5 and onwards as they did with season 4 (with loads of nods to the earlier series), and perhaps taken it a bit into DS9 territory with the Romulan war they planned for season 5, it could have been awesome.

Enterprise was "meh" at best. The characters didn't grow on me at all and prequels suck in general.
Apparently before James Kirk took the Enterprise for the legendary 5 year mission, some other guy had already fought a temporal war against super powerful aliens with super weapons. Ugh.

I actually think it's better than the old series. My least favorite part about the old series was the songs, which the new series is much lighter on. But I love the new bits with the arms that they seem to have in every new episode.
The sideways bit with the door is a little meh to me but everyone else seems to like it. I just think they repeat the same jokes in that one too much and it's already gotten old for me.

Firefly should be obvious. Pushing Daisies was created by Brian Fuller, the guy doing hannibal right now, he's not had the best luck with his shows surviving. And WTF Carnivale just stopped... t.t
Also I've mentioned this before but I don't have favorites, just things I like a lot.

The show was riding on a lot of "god I wish they made a new ST series", but in the end it was poorly done. You knew it was dead when you saw alien nazis.
