Plexa locked it with a "Locking this until we've discussed this internally." It's dead. Thank god. When the thread first started I read the OP stating that the thread would start with the most asinine and inane nonsense of all: "the existence of god". Closed tab, never looked at it again. TL.net is just simply incapable, as a whole, in discussing anything regarding religion because 99% of the people that frequent this forum have essentially no experience or expertise in scholarly work or even the capacity to actually read the entirety of any substantial post. Religion threads are probably the worst threads produced, but maybe economic threads are just as bad. It doesn't matter if the people that flock to it are religious or atheist or otherwise; they all arrive with shit. I'd rather see a thread about the gold standard at this point. In the UK to legalize gay marriage thread, we had a civil and intelligent discussion concerning religion, gay rights and the state, lasted for at least 3 pages. Blew my mind that it actually happened. Though I guess the shadow of kwark loomed heavy on that thread. Whoopee, 3 pages out of how many pages? Out of how many threads? Meh.
Sometimes you should focus on the small things.

Yeah, then whenever you wanted to make a post, it would be on your shoulders to decide whether the thread is post-worthy, and if you screwed up, *BAN*. By closing the thread, you no longer have to make that decision. If a thread is open, it's assumed to be post-worthy, and if it isn't, it gets closed.

Feminist Attacks "Save The Princess" Games
As I was going to post "unpopular" opinion in TL, supporting the lady in the video instead of the guy, the thread got closed T_T Well, anyways, OP was too poorly constructed to warrant a thread.

Its sister thread is equally awesome with the author demanding people prove him wrong. And when I say prove, it has to be to on his terms. He is the decider of what proof will and will not be, like all great debaters on the internet. And then realizing that no one is willing to spend $15 to "prove" him wrong and that no one cares, he just gives up. Its ongoing, but may be shut down soon as well.

lol. Somehow, OP is the one who concluded "internet being internet" when it's probably everyone eise's thought reading his posts.

Worst thing about the posts is, that the only one working on the subject itself was R1ch, and the rest of the posters just spammed BS at eachother. You prove me wrong! No, you dont even get the point! Ha, you cannot prove me wrong! You are like a holocaust denier!
What the...?
