We try to run an "Effort!" tournament for everybody that gets knocked out during pool play, but it often devolves into everybody screaming at each other while we play TronCraft and team mono battles. haha. Also... watching amazing players play their games is huge huge amounts of fun. We hang out and debate the merits of their strategies while they play in the other room (or sometimes right behind them lol).

Previous places we've gone for dinner have included Mayflower (the Chinese place next door), and Round Table Pizza across the street. For food we just kind of wing it. One time we tried to walk all the way to the durant food court (I've always known it as the asian ghetto though haha) but it proved too far... more time spent walking means less time for troncraft so we'll probably just go across the street for something again =)

Are registrations for the tournament limited to a certain number of people? And is everyone who's confirmed as going actually competing?

No there's no limit, although if we pass 40 or so there will be issues with getting on to computers, but it won't be as bad as before since the store has added more computers and also with 12:45 check in there will be less regulars using computers. People who are confirmed are just people who will show and may or may not play (they might just spectate), it's their choice! ^^
