I'm hosting a GSL Finals viewing party at Ignite Networks. WHERE:Ignite Network; 3171 N Clybourn Ave Chicago IL
WHEN:Friday 3/18 8:00PM - 3:00AM (Maybe later depending on how long the matches are)
WHAT TO BRING:Since the Finals don't start until 1:00AM, We'll be playing Starcraft and other games on Ignite's computers. Bring any equipment you want, although they provide everything.
COST:Viewing of the Finals will be free, however, to use a computer, its $5.00 an hour, or if you buy hours in bulk, they're lower prices. The rates are on website @ http://www.ignitenetwork.com + Show Spoiler +
Donations however are appreciated as I'm paying to use one of the TVs to view GSL and it's not cheap.
If we get 8 or more people going, we'll get 25% off hours that we purchase. Currently we have : 4

Id really like to come to this one. But got a full day with the gf, she took off the day of work (hopefully this ends up more fun than it sounds lol). So depends what time i get out of that.
In addition to I live in Dekalb, so this is quite a trip. For what might be one of the most boring finals yet. Unless July wins it, then it would ironically contend for one of the best. But yea pretty long trip for a likely uneventful finals. Well see though, id still like to try and make it.

I went through the same mid-life crisis. Luckily discovering the above info helped me realize that all the talk of your gaming world goals dying at the age of 16+ is a ridiculous lie.

I don't feel old for gaming, just possibly for this social event And I've never done any in person gaming with random internet peeps, so just a bit apprehensive I guess. But, yeah, I'm aware i should just get over it. Might come check this out tomorrow night, I'm pulling for MC though

I'd love to join as I only live about 10 mins away. It's gonna depend on when my GF passes out and how well I can sneak out afterwards. Would also love to LAN sometime, joined the FB group. How often do you guys meet up?
