I lost my big post once when I went to open a new tab and instead of pressing Ctrl + T, I pressed Ctrl + R which refreshed my page... | ||

Maybe a button that you can tick called "post protection", which if ticked will prompt a popup asking you if you are sure you want to close or reload the page?
