We are all casual gamers mostly, our hardcore scene is very very weak. Not that thats a bad thing just dont expect us to do as well in sc as we do in other aspects of life, apart from a few individuals we lack the players interested in rts and the scene here is about as dead as the cat i just sat on. Besides in our country being a pc gamer has a stigma of lameness, so I see little incentive for players to pick this game up properly.

As far as I know the only big hardcore scene is Halo, and to a lesser extent COD. Not sure about CS.

I know 3 ex-halo players who attend SC tournaments but they aren't anywhere near demuslims level.

How many of the EU top200 players are from UK?

im down near london in the uk, the only people that i talk to irl with respect to sc2 are my friends who cant play sc2 but like to watch me play (low diamond)

Like it was on Warcraft 3. Have a GBR-1 and then when thats full (if it ever does) people can move onto GBR-2 and so on.

I don't think our channel will go over the 100 person limit for the moment. Seems 'UK' is fine for the time being. I fully expect/hope rage against the channel limit sooner or later so in 6 months we might get it increase along with some random nerf.
