chris demands random ppl he meets on iccup/bnet to show to lans. I've literally seen reps of him and he has convos with ppl that go like this:

Chris: "Hey come to DC LAN in July"
noob: "I live in Japan"
Chris: "so then fly, it's July 17th seeya there"
noob: "wtf"
