Another NCSU Zerg here. Maybe we should schedule a meeting or something? I've got three friends who play and go here, too, although we're pretty low-level (a gold, a silver, two bronzes).

Hihi, Apex reporting in. (like 20 minutes outside of Raleigh)
I attend App State but I'm always up for a road trip for LANs or GSL or whatever.
Platinum Terran, hopefully able to put some more time into 1v1 if I ever get fed up with ranked League of Legends >.<

Hate to sound like a broken record talking about the LAN center, but RUaGamer's been thinking about putting together a weekly night for SC where we can put Day9 on the big screen TV or something and generally just get people together to chill and play. Any interest in getting that started? Tuesday or Wednesday is probably the best bet money wise, Tuesdays anyone with a college ID gets 6pm-2am for $8, Wednesday anyone can get that price.

Sounds like a decent idea but it really depends on how big the scene is and their general population. Unfortunately I have work so weekdays would generally be a no no for me

Weekends would be fine, it's just more expensive then. Something like $16 for 8 hours that roll over whenever, or $18 for 12 hours only good for that weekend.

Hey guys, it sounds like pretty much everyone in this thread is ready to do something with the local SC2 population we have, so I've got some good news!
