0-4-4-0 is the most standard ET build atm.
Also ET ult is pretty shit early game at rank 1 (it's damage is based on enemy %HP), and kinda useless without stomp or any allied disables to set it up.

I wouldn't even consider anything but 0-4-4-0 unless I was stacking with friends who were using Earthshaker and DS. Hmm most builds go for general reliability and efficiency in the early game instead of assuming fights breaking out in narrow enclosed spaces.
You need at least level 2 stomp and level 1 ult by level 8 if you want to pull the ult off....I simply cannot imagine removing 3 skill points from the two core skills. However, I might make an exception with 1-3-4-0 or 1-4-3-0 to stomp the sand king in thie case :D

Ive played it mostly in Captains mode, so Its not like I have alot of choice, my teammates always get it for me.
I rarely play it in pubs, unless I want a free win basically with very little effort.
I also play lots of CM, Clockwork, Timbersaw, TA, and Windrunner. So I get a good variety =P

Game is going good, 40 minutes in and it's 40-41. Juggernaut is on our team, he's pretty fed. Decides to go for rapier and drops it within 15 seconds by engaging 1v4 without the team. We lose in the next minute.

ask for timber in captains draft and we get him, then some idiot takes him during selection. If you can play the hero fair enough but he never leveled armour on a solo hardlane, missed every chain during fights. How hard is it to hit a god damn tree? I'd hate to see him play pudge or clock

0-4-4-0 doesnt require a team to be built around it, its a strong build in a vacuum. With max spirit and aura you can be a monster rightclicker in the midgame and with some decent spirit positioning make your opponents really squishy. I don't get the argument to skill stomp just to counter sand storm, just get some dust? Seems a lot less energy consuming than arguing about builds in a pub dota game.

and the ET stun isnt even that reliable but i agree that he needs to get fast levels if he wants 0-4-4-0 build

i bet you would have also raged at the ET when all his stomps missed because like you said, there were no disables on your team to set them up. And how exactly does a sand king make it necessary for an ET to go for stomp? If he sandstorms you can just kill him using spirit or dust.

Anybody else feel there aren't nearly enough ways to deal with griefers/game ruiners? Every single day I have games where players intentionally feed or otherwise ruin the game and there is no way to punish them. There's no votekick, reports are a fucking joke. There's no concede for games that are over early. I find it incredibly frustrating... why hasn't valve added votekick and/or concede? There's no worry for abuse, you don't kick players that are actively trying to help you win the game. You also don't concede unless its a unanimous 5 man vote. What is the harm of adding this?

I wish they would add a region-lock option. Just make it a fuckin option if people want it, that's all. Hell, maybe even sell it in the store. I would buy that shit on release. Just played an AR when I was supporting an auto-attacking drow. He went 1-11 before abandoning. He also only typed in Russian. Some Russians are cool but I would rather just have region lock to avoid wasting my time with this bullshit. Seriously making me wonder why I picked this fucking game up in the first place. All they do is frustrate me when they are in my game.
