Wonderful, let me go fully heal, hope I have enough mana to proc my ult. Oh wait, I don't need that stuff, let me go back to spamming my shield. Hope you can kill me in the next forty seconds! | ||

IMMUNE being the key point. Abaddon isn't even immune, he's beyond immune. You can't just keep fighting, you have to actively avoid doing damage to him. | ||

Yes, and if you ignore him for 5-7 seconds, he is a big dumb paperweight that doesn’t do a ton of damage or really do much beyond spam one spell. And the later the game goes, the heavier a paper weight he becomes. Just hold off murdering him for 5 seconds and you are totally good. | ||

Hope you can kill me in the next forty seconds! remind me what does he do besides being annoying? kills don't have any inherent weight. a kill on a useless target is a waste of mana and time. he has no disables and little damage. kill the rest of his team first. then you can take your time killing him. it's only idiots who will focus him because hurr durr must get kills on everyone all the time. he's actually a worse skeleton king in that skeleton king actually has a stun and does damage and heals to full mana and health and isn't countered by big burst damage like Laguna Blade. | ||

(A bit more if you guys don't immediately start attacking him. The attack pattern should be: 1) Attack abaddon, save nukes. 2) Let him dally around when his ult pops. He'll either stay and cast support items, in which case you can nab him when the ult falls off, or he'll leave, re: problem solved. 3) Kill other priority targets. It might not even go like that; he's a pretty weak hero so lots of other heroes can gain priority in your engage. TLDR: Abaddon, Warlock and Spirit Breaker are only as good as your worst player is bad. | ||

Last game I decided to do a little single draft hoping I won't run into too many pub stomp heroes. Enemy team: Spirit Breaker, Anti Mage, Treant, Skywrath, Tinker. BH demands solo suicide, builds BFury, ends the game 2-7-4 with phase boots, bfury Abbadon demands safelane farm, SD supports him...ok, whatever, I'll go mid with my Lone Druid, that shit is awesome. NOPE, last player picks Magnus (10 seconds after game has started), goes mid, forces me to the jungle (I fucking hate jungle LD). Mag's score at the end of the game? 0-9-5, never empowered my bear, got like one fucking RP. Never got Blink. HOW HARD IS IT TO PLAY MAGNUS? YOU BLINK, YOU PRESS R, YOU WIN. IF GAME GOES LONG ENOUGH, PRESS R TWICE. I even helped him mid and forced the enemy storm to lose all his regen/health, fuck I seriously want to drop back to 'normal' mmr. regarding the Abaddon talk - every character is OP in it's own way, that's how Dota works. There are like 30 different heroes that make me go "oh not this cunt", Abaddon just feels as if he 'counters' a lot of heroes. I know from my own experience that laning against him as AA that he was a huge fucking pain in the ass, but that doesn't make him OP. | ||

I fucking hate it when all my carries go for glass cannons builds. NO Hearts, NO BKBs, NO Butterflies. Not even talking about Blink/Ghost or just a casual vit booster, gotta do that 600damage per hit | ||
