Yeah because he's unkillable or something. I mean not like there are types of damage that ignore magic resistance and can do ridiculous damage or anything... oh wait.
Pub hero != OP.

Pick Omni or Tree against SB and laugh entire match. Omni is the best, just drop the magic protection and heal on SBs target. His ult doesn't work and he takes a shit ton of damage. And tree is even funnier, because living armor is global.

To be honest I'm kinda hoping he DOES make it into CM soon and gets picked a bit.
That way the average pub player might have some idea about how to shut him down by copying the pros. >_>

All those heroes are just dumb enough to be in the mode and will spice up the meta. Plus I want to see a pro sleep an entire team with ET.
But this is the QQ thread, so....I am really upset that I didn't get to play Dota 2 last night and only got to practice pulling and stacking with Bane against bots. Stupid real life getting in the way of my amateur Dota 2 career.

ET/Naga OP combo.
Abbadon is just a pubbier omni (aka worse for competitive which is saying something).
Huskar is QQ-worthy because if you don't expressly counterpick him in pubs you have extremely limited recourse against him

The match making in this game is so broken. I'm trying to learn Invoker so I made a whole new dota account for it. Hoping I'd be placed into the lower skill brackets. First game I go 19-0 because everyone is so god damn bad. It's "Normal", then the next game I'm placed in high and we get stomped. Next game is "high" but everyone is so awful in it again that I get a ridiculous score again and we stomp them. Then my team gets stomped again. And it keeps going like this in that order. From stomps to getting stomped. I don't get it lmao.
Sometimes I feel like this game has a MM system like SC2 where it's designed so you only win 50% of your games.

lol
This is the purpose of the MM. So that people don't smurf their way to owning noobs at the start. No need to QQ when it's totally your fault. In fact... it should be other poeple QQ'ing
"I am a new dota player and some asshole playing Invoker started a new account just to smash noobs... QQ not fun"
Your MMR will level off after some number of games. If it really bothered you that much you should've just played Invoker on your main account, who cares if you lose a few at the start? You'l lget better faster playing decent competition.

You should just cut your teeth against bots for a while until you get those spells down. Firebolt is pretty good with Invoker, ask him for some tips.

I don't want to rock newbs, it would be nice to play people around my level of invoker. But so far it's been smashed or get smashed. There are no "close" games.

I've read a lot of guides so I have a rough idea of what I'm doing. My biggest issue though is identifying which spells I should be using for what situations. And learning to mash out ghost walk when in trouble lmao. Probably need another 50 games to really get him down.

Abaddon is overpowered and should not he in CM.

Every single one of Bane's spells is extremely good against him. Other than that any pure damage or a team with good physical damage early.

Timber looks great against huskar on paper but really isnt' that great vs him. All huskar has to do is not stand immediately next to trees and timber can't pure damage him. It all goes downhill from there since timber is pure magic burst which is pretty bad vs huskar.
I mean sure, if the huskar is awful...

I mean sure, if the huskar is awful... I dunno man, there are a lot of trees on the map, its not like husk is gonna be able to stay away from them consistently throughout the game. Even being able to present that kind of threat to him is pretty valuable, if the huskar is smart then he will still have very restricted movement around you before he has bkb up.
