AP game as 3 man stack. My friend said "ill pick broodmother for my training at offlane" and picked broodmother instantly. Thats ok. I picked Undying for more pushing power and reliable support.(enemy picks QoP and Invo) My other mate picked Nyx to counter their mid and roam power.
Last two guy picked magnus and tide... Oh shit! 5 melee. Anyway. Game starts. We changed our mind for going trilane. Classical 2-1-2. Me and Brood at hardlane. Game was great for us. Spiderlings + soul rip gives huge damage. Tombstone zombies are giving hell too. Everything goes well.
Our easy lane Mag-Tide duo farms well too. They managed to farm 2 arcane boots. They are spamming like mad.
Nyx gets first blood against QoP.
Then laning finishes, roaming and 5 man teamfights start. (Enemy team: QoP, Kunkka, Invo, Sky, Luna.) Somehow someway Mag and tide manages to farm 2 refreshes. I started to think this game will probably the easiest game of my all dota 2 carreer. Then my brain explodes.
Mag and tide blinks on 5 man enemy. RP+instantRefresh+instant2ndRP. Catches only one. Also at the same time Tide jumps them too. But they are faaar far away from us. Also they NEVER wait their stuns duration. They cast their ulties instantly. When i said "Please wait us" he replied with "Your mom bla bla."
And the best part:
I said "Buff broodmother and nyx." He cursed me again why i build a vlads on Undying.
Reminder: We are 5 melee heroes.
He didn't give empower and skewer!!! He went for stats and Shockwave!!!!!!!!! At level 21 he give 1 point on empower but he didn't use it on himself. He never ever used his skewer... When the game ended he had, Arcane Boots, Dagger, Refresher and Soul booster....
And the worst part:
This was a very high matchmaking game.

I havent had a single good game for the past ~25 solo queues. At this point, I'm ready to quit playing MM entirely. I didn't believe it would be possible for Valve to make MM worse but they found a way.

Youd be surprised how much more enjoyable the game will be if you mute the 4 stacks.

What's the point of playing a team game if you're playing by yourself. And yes I consider muting your 4 teammates playing by yourself.

Then I guess your only option would be to find your own stack. This is the life of a solo queuer, and its alright by me.

No really, it's actually true, just mute your teammates and play, it's perfectly viable to communicate using the chat wheel and pings. Obviously your not going to make high level omg play of the week stuff happen, but you can win game on the ladder. It's also prevented me from raging back when they do, hence allowing you to play better. Once the ping system is done, i.e pings that allow you to mention things like check rosh,need help etc, you really wont need to chat much at all, atleast until high solo queue.

FFS stop running a trilane just because you see pros do it. If you don't effectively know how to run one you're gimping your team and helping the enemy. So sick of losing games while people lose a lane 3v1 and then blame mid for not ganking or something. It's silly.

slark by far the most annoying pub hero to play against, zone him out of the lane at the start with sentries etc, and he can still easily snowball midgame...
He forces your team to hug all the time or get picked off...
Usually 2 people arn't enough to deal with him, need 3 to efficiently deal with him and still he has a high chance of escaping with his shitty mechanics...
I hate everything that hero stands for, fuck that hero, worse then AM, TA or PA.. fuck him, right in his fishy little nutsack.

Them trilanes where supports sit in lane leeching the xp (if not lasthits too) and never leave the lane in the first 20 minutes.

Agreed. On PA and slark. I fucking suck complete shit at both of them, but if I ever face them they rape me all game. I've zoned out slark so hard in many games yet here he comes at 35 minutes face tanking three people with his ulti. Dark pact is just too good.

...until you place a single sentry ward or buy a gem, and it becomes the most useless ult in the game.

I know man. Trilanes end up failing so often cuz either people don't do it properly or the offlaner don't know how to play safe and die over and over

My luck is getting a venomancer that buy gem by 5 minutes. Dies immediately, buys another as soon as it comes off cd, dies immediately. Etc Etc for the entirety of 40 minutes. He ended the game with two branches because he kept spending all his gold on gems. It was literally his third item.
