Whats the thought process behind Tiny Blademail in both mid and lane guide? Im pretty sure i have never seen tiny with blademail unless u are against something like lina or luna without BKB, i think BKB is better in every way.

like velzi says, blademail has exactly zero synergy with the hero at large

Should Shadow blade be a situational on Tiny? Both Pros and Pubstars seem to build it regularly.

In terms of frequency in pro games (6.85 and 6.86) it seems like people go for it 2nd about 20% of the time.

ye shadowblade is definitely situational on tiny

you get it in addition to blink when you're lacking pickoff potential rather than carry potential (you have another carry but you want to siege 5v4 by catching someone with your tiny)

I am really sad about the Aether Lens change. Doesn't affect too many heroes that has it, but it is unfortunate.

To update:

Lifestealer (Lane/Jungle): move away from Armlet
Ursa (Jungle): Push back Iron Talon to Early Game
Tiny (Lane/Middle): Add to Shadow Blade Situational
Pudge: reposition Aether Lens

It seems like mostly a Pudge nerf, though I can see how the item offered too much in general for its cost.

I guess we should be more concerned about pudge guide being middle rather than support considering current way of playing the hero (roamer).

Tranqs are obviously great but whether u should go

brown boots -> mana boots -> Aether Lens -> Tranqs or
brown boots -> Tranqs -> Aether Lens is debatable, i think former seems better.

AL is still too good to delay it.
