As well as free shipping, it had like $20 off for a day.
For PSU - that PSU only supplies ~504w on 12v, and it's 80+ rated, not 80+ bronze etc. It's probably an ok unit, but there might be something better available

What is your budget? $1000 - $1200 (I'd like to keep the budget around here if possible as I currently only have about $1600 to work with)
What is your monitor's native resolution? 1600x900, but I may consider buying a 1920x1080 monitor.
What games do you intend to play on this computer? What settings? I intend to play Hearthstone, DayZ, Diablo 3, World of Warcraft, and games that have very large maps and are quite CPU intensive similar to DayZ (Rust, GTA4, etc). I'd like to play all of these games at their highest settings and achieve an FPS rate of 30 - 40 or better if that's possible within the budget (if not, going a little over the budget is acceptable to achieve this as this is what I want most and would be willing to spend a little extra for it).
What do you intend to use the computer for besides gaming? I want this computer to be able to not only play the games, but be capable of streaming them at the same time as I want to be able to have a good gaming computer for consistent streaming.
Do you intend to overclock? No.
Do you intend to do SLI / Crossfire? No, unless it's recommended for my needs.
Do you need an operating system? No.
Do you need a monitor or any other peripherals and is this part of your budget? I will likely be buying a monitor myself, if not using the ones I already have available to me (1600x900 resolution). So this is not included in the budget.
If you have any requirements or brand preferences, please specify. I prefer Nvidia for graphics cards. Everything else I have no preference with, I just would like whatever is optimal.
What country will you be buying your parts in? I'll likely be ordering from Newegg. I live in the US though.
If you have any retailer preferences, please specify. http://www.newegg.com/

Not much reason to spend so much buying a great 650w modular 80+ gold PSU's for a system that's using half that much power with combined cpu+gpu load at overclock

Under budget.. but nothing to spend the money on, unless you want a stronger GPU or change your mind on CPU overclocking. You could get a 780 and/or put towards CPU overclocking to run at ~4.6ghz instead of ~3.7.
That b85 board does support Haswell Refresh - http://www.gigabyte.us/support-downloads/cpu-support-popup.aspx?pid=4567

What is your current build? Uhhh... tell me if I did this right because I am a little retarded with computers. Processor: AMD Sempron(tm) 145 Processor 2.80 GHz RAM: 2.00 GB (1.75 GB usable) 64-bit operating system
What is your monitor's native resolution? 1920 x 1080
Why do you want to upgrade? What do you want to achieve with the upgrade? Basically I got the cheapest computer I could make off of newegg + a pretty nice monitor I borrowed from a friend. I did this because the only games I play these days are Starcraft Broodwar and low requirement games off of steam. The problem is I can't stream well because my comp sucks so much and also I can't even run FTL or Kotor 1. I just want to have a system that can support streaming really well and can also allow me to play low requirement games or medium/higher requirement games on low settings.
What is your budget? I can go as high as 400$ but I imagine this can be done much more cheaply.
What country will you be buying your parts in? USA
If you have any brand or retailer preferences, please specify. No xD
But yeah basically I intend to be streaming a lot next year so I want a system that can support that.

What games do you intend to play on this computer? What settings?I intend to play Hearthstone, DayZ, Diablo 3, World of Warcraft, and games that have very large maps and are quite CPU intensive similar to DayZ (Rust, GTA4, etc). I'd like to play all of these games at their highest settings and achieve an FPS rate of 30 - 40 or better if that's possible within the budget (if not, going a little over the budget is acceptable to achieve this as this is what I want most and would be willing to spend a little extra for it). What do you intend to use the computer for besides gaming?I want this computer to be able to not only play the games, but be capable of streaming them at the same time as I want to be able to have a good gaming computer for consistent streaming. Do you intend to overclock? No. Do you intend to do SLI / Crossfire? No, unless it's recommended for my needs. Do you need an operating system? No. Do you need a monitor or any other peripherals and is this part of your budget?I will likely be buying a monitor myself, if not using the ones I already have available to me (1600x900 resolution). So this is not included in the budget. If you have any requirements or brand preferences, please specify.I prefer Nvidia for graphics cards. Thank you. Very helpful. Also, would you recommend overclocking? I've never done that before hence why I listed "no" in my original post, but if you think it's something that could be good I'd be willing to give it a shot.

So, the Crucial MX100 256GB is better and cheaper than the Samsung 840 EVO 250GB? Going to assume my SSD failed and pick up a replacement.

If you like tweaking, it's fun. If you want the best CPU performance, it's mandatory (there's not a CPU on the planet faster for single core loads than a 4690k at OC speeds)
You could maybe get a 770 with cpu oc build too, it's around the same performance/dollar as 760

Why that PSU? If you've got $90 to spend on it you can probably get something way better. It's 80+ bronze, non modular, has 576w of 12v (not near 650w) split awkwardly across two rails, i've never even heard of it etc so it's nothing special. Seems pretty crazy for that price.

Memory Express doesn't really have anything good under $100. If you want to spend up to $100 at ME, I'd just get a EVGA Supernova 650G or be a cheapass and get a EVGA 500B. If you are open to other retailers then that opens up a wide range of units. NCIX has an XFX 650w for $80 ($60 after mail in rebate), Newegg has the Rosewill Capstone along with Antec Truepower Classic and some others at around $90 ($50-$60 after mail in rebate)..

you better translate your build in english (blau, schwarz, ohne netzteil etc) very difficult to help you because you have all from one site and nobody knows what they have if something is not ok with your build.

Only thing I see in your build, MethodMan, to keep in mind is that your LG optical drive, while Bluray, will need additional software if you intent on watching movies using it. (Or, alternately, do what I do, which is immediately rip the movie and watch the rip.) Because Microsoft wants to save roughly $20 on the price of Windows by not licensing the Bluray codecs. It'll handle all the data needs, that's the only thing that you might stub your toe on.
Also, yes, get the 4690 if you want to spend the extra euro.

I swapped the tower (i prefer having the frontal USB ports on the top-side), power supply (no real reason) and the CPU. Final build and gonna order within the next few days if nobody wants to speak up
Edit: I guess the H97 mainboard will do for an i5? Since the Z97 ones are notably more expensive.
