Hi, I'd like to start by clarifying that I do realize this is not a HoN forum but for some reason I cannot login on that forum so I just hope someone could help me here.
I have a really, really annoying problem: I disconnect for half a second about once every 5-10 seconds. This is making micro incredibly frustrating as you might be able to imagine: a Guttling Hook, for example, that launches only 0.5 seconds later might be there difference between a kill and no kill (and a lot of rage in the teamchat ;/).
I am quite positive it's not my internet that's disconnecting though. I don't get similar issues in other games (like SC2 for example). I usually play with Skype (although when I solo queue the problem remains so it's not Skype related either) and my teammates don't have the same problem so it's also not the HoN servers that are failing.
I'm no computer expert by any means but I figured it could've been an error in the files so re-installed the game... to no avail. I started disconnecting right in the first few seconds again.
So yeah even though this thread is technically about HoN the problem is still likely rooted elsewhere.
Really hope I can get some help cause playing like this is just so frustrating.

You should check in hon's tech support forums or something, i doubt you'll find anyone that'll help you here.
Edit: http://www.cybergamer.com.au/forums/thread/252948/Game-keeps-disconnecting/ there's a guy that said "try reconnecting your printer cables." and worked for some people, maybe you should try it. I never experienced such a problem when i was playing hon back then.

Check www.pingtest.net for jitter and packet loss, skype is pretty resilient and will hold up calls often without immediately noticable failings whereas other services (gw2 i know of) will instant drop

Sounds like a problem relating to your ports on your router and HoN. Doesn't sound like a HoN issue, so I highly doubt you'd be able to get much help there.
So either: Ports, or a Firewall issue. Or a combination of both

I thought it would be something like that as well. But I still wouldn't know what to do then  .
Also, like I said in the OP I can't log in on the HoN website cause that website is a complete joke. I used up all 5 tries on an account that I am logged in with to the actual game at the same moment but it still tells me the password is wrong. Then I let them send the pass+username to my e-mail JK I get no e-mail. So yeah I would obviously ask for support there but I simply can't which is pissing me off as well.
If it's ISP related that's great but I'm not gonna be able to change my ISP so that would be bad.
I did try to reconnect my printer cables and even printed 1 test sheet, but that didn't fix anything.
