Strange graphics artifacts when streaming+gaming

nosliw United States2716 Posts February 18 2012 06:10 GMT #1 Hi all, I have strange graphics artifacts when I stream (watching youtube) and play games like (LoL, Dota2, Civ 4, Oblivion) Oblivion has these strange artifacts (horrible looking lines sticking out everywhere) even when I am not streaming... I am sure that my drivers are updated. I'll upload more images when I play other games. System specs: MSI laptop Ex625 Intel Duo P7350 @2.00 GHz ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4670 4GB RAM Win7 64 Pro

How do I check if the video card is running out of memory? I've downloaded the latest driver from the ATI website, so I'm sure it's up-to-date.
