Bass in laptop/headphones not working as well?

last night before I went to sleep it had me do some "HP system analysis" thing where it went and updated drivers for the different hardware and shit. The problem is now my audio is really messed up. The laptop has Beats audio installed, and the bass used to sound amazing but after this update thing it hasn't been working correctly. The bass is just not as loud as it was, although I have the exact same settings I had before. I have the bass on the Beats audio control panel all the way up as well as the windows bass enhancement thing checked. It might be the headset, I use a razer carcharias and have been for about 4 months now. But can anyone help fix this, the drivers are all updated and it should be working fine!!!

Sometimes I have this problem. Do you have a synch/stereo setting that u use as default?

Nah, all I did was mess with the bass a little. Besides that it's all regular settings. The sound in general is just not loud, I have to turn it up to like 50+ while I used to be able to just listen to it at like 20 and it would be fine.
