I bought this mouse today (Cyborg Rat 7) - I love it. I've used these 4 mice over the past 10 years - Razer Krait (RTS edition), Razer DeathAdder (used this for about 5-6 years), Microsoft Intelli mouse, now the Cyborg Rat. I spent like 100$ on it but it was well worth it, my left click on my DeathAdder was being stiff and not responding half the time so I went to research the best mouse I could possibly find. I'm pretty sure I've tried out every mouse from the Steelseries Kai to the Razer Abyssus / Razer Orochi, etc.. Haven't found anything as adjustable and responsive.

Does it come down to the wired/wireless option? Any other advise would be appreciated I dont like the imperator. the clicking feels very weird, like you have to put in an extra amount of force. and also it has a lifting up issue. your cursor will spasm around when you lift the mouse off the surface.

Basically, the kinzu shape is loved a huge number of people, but almost all of those people are put off by the terrible sensor in that mouse (acceleration, prediction etc.). So people have been crying out for something similar with a good optical sensor. With the release of the sensei, Kim Rom, a Steelseries employee posted in the Overclock.net thread explaining their reasoning behind it. In the same post he also hinted about the new Kana. I replied by saying that if it is a small, ambidextrous mouse with the pixart sensor (the one used in the new Steelseries Legendary and the Zowie Mico, a near perfect sensor), I would buy it. His reply was that I should start saving up money. To me, that is pretty much as close to confirmed as you can get without being official. I can say that I'm excited. Sometimes when I want to box things in sc2 (draw rectangles with the mouse) it just doesn't work properly. Although I keep the button pressed the box will disappear as though I stopped pressing it and another box will be created as though I pressed it again, although I do not move my index finger a tiny bit. Now I cannot box anything anymore in sc2, because every box gets misplaced and this is really annoying. This also happens when sc2 is not loaded up and I try on desktop. Not sure why I get this all of a sudden but this issue popped up like 3 days ago :/ Anyone knows what to do? edit: I use the razer krait

Try on another computer and if that doesn't solve it, you probably should replace your mouse with any new one since the warranties problem run out. Old mice get this problem a lot from simple wear, so it's nothing to fret about.

This is really disappointing considering I bought this mouse like 10 months ago..

EDIT: Basically, it's about time for me to get a new mouse. The two I'm looking at at the moment are the logitech G500, and the razer abyssus.
