If I don't get into the SC2 beta, my life will be so absent of meaning that I'll just fly to Italy and become a Venetian gondolier. Well no, I'd probably just mope for a while and then get back to my life of ~~iCCup~~ incessantly pestering anyone I know who got into SC2 beta.

For all you unfortunate enough to not notice the beta opt-in option (where were you?) or were too lazy to take the time to do it, the beta-opt in option does still exist. Under acct management just add beta-profile.xml to the end of the url and you can complete the beta opt-in option. If the OP is right it may be too late, but at least it gives hope to some people. Then they can blame blizzard for not getting a key instead of their laziness XD

just make a trial WOW account and merge the accounts and you can see the beta profile link again

It was part of the old stuff from last week about the press emails stating a june 19 deadline. I think I read somewhere that they were demoing single player or something but I don't remember where. Hopefully we'll here something about beta regardless though.

The answer is not that simple. No date was provided to the press, but it is exciting to know it is gonna frag everyone any second after June 19th. It is interesting how the news got leaked today, which marks the last day of school classes throughout United States. Something fans should know is that, around last month, the media was invited to visit Blizzard Headquarters this June 22nd.
