The semifinals and grand finals will be played on Sunday, Dec 17 7:30pm GMT (GMT+00:00). The knockout bracket was marked by three notable upsets in the early going, as herO eliminated Maru and Harstem took down Reynor in the first round. Unfortunately, neither player was able to continue their momentum, with herO losing to HeroMarine while Harstem was swept by Oliveira. After that hectic start, the rest of the day played out largely according to expectations, with arguably the four strongest remaining players reaching the semifinals.
