This kind of thread is as valuable, if not more, than the introduction to high profile game, such that the community can look at / informed about the up and coming, or the semi pro that don't get to see the light all that much.
Thank you mate.

Brat_OK? Kas? DIMAGA? NANIWA?!? What year is this? Niniwa is an idiot who should never be playing for a Team again. No ideal why Root is feeling him, when there are way less tixic players that are probably better as well available: Agreed, any team fielding Naniwa is pretty unforgiveable. Lost a lot of respect for Catz. Hoping Hist&Toss makes it, the world needs more Has. I understand Naniwa has had poor attitudes - but he isn't banned from competition, and ROOT is open to any Masters+ player who applies, we don't want to be restrictive. Personally, I like Naniwa, and I am sorry if that offends anyone. I've explained my position more than once, very long thread of replies on twitter here: https://twitter.com/ROOTCatZ/status/1559314845723394049 I hope you read it in full, there is also linked in one of the replies, a reddit thread, where I talked about the same "issue" hope that helps clarify my position, even if yours is different and you would act differently. Sorry, but that is somewhere between naive and dilusional With that aproach, you would just invite people like Putin to talk with you in the Real World. Like my chancenlos Merkel did for years. Don t want to derail this thread into politics, but the last year Showeinlagen, that that aproach just didn t work there. I hoghly doupt it ll work in SC2 and will not watch any matches from ROOT in the qualifier or in the Main league, if they make it there Well, it's how I approach things - if you think out-casting/shunning 'problematic' people instead of at least trying to understand them and show them a better, less hostile, side from other people than they are probably used to.. I'd say you're the naive one if you expect anyone to adjust their behavior "for the better" with only negative input. Hatred is cyclical - you can choose whoever you like or dislike or whoever you want - but every human being is made by circumstance, shaped by their surroundings, if someone gets no love they won't know how to give it back, likewise if someone only knows hate, that's all they'll have to give. The notion that there are inherently evil people is ridiculous to me, people are a product of their surroundings, make it hostile, they'll be hostile, make it friendly, they'll be friendly. In my experience, having much interest in people / psychology, this is just the way things go, try it for yourself or don't, idc. To be clear, Naniwa might have many negative attitudes and as an evolving human being I am sure he'll have more (and I am also certain, that while you're happy to pass on judgement from your high horse; you do also). I think Nani has matured over the years, and as a parent I know that he is very caring for his kid and I've come to know good, kind, sides to him. Regardless, whenever anyone acts out of line wearing the ROOT tag, it reflects poorly on the rest of the team and we take action accordingly, if it ever comes to that in Naniwa's case while representing us we'll re-evaluate, until then, I am happy to have gained a teammate and a friend in him. At the end of the day, you can do things your way, I'll do things mine; but if you think actively shaming / hating / shunning people is going to ever make them feel or act any 'better', you're the delusional one. Late to the party, and sorry in advance for the necro, but thanks for explaining your thoughts in a calm manner despite the reactions. Cheers! | ||
