Seeding are based on current season EPT points ranking. Top 4 are Rogue - Maru - Trap - Clem for each group. Probe has one of the lowest EPT points among the players, hence the tough group. Group D could be anyone as well (with Clem probably being one of the two advancing). I would give Speical and Time some chance as wel. Zest best shot is to beat Reynor as I dont have confidence in him vs Maru.

So it s going to be rough again here I gues

Tbf if they put him into any other group, that group would ve been a group of life imideatly. So thats probably the least controvercial one. I m still salty they abondaned the at least one Korean and exactly on EU Player per group rule from last year though

I mean, we get this match-up every other week in the ESL weekly, it's quite a bummer to not have more exotic oppositions in the season finals.

Maru/Reynor (NOT in that order) Rogue/INnoVation (NOT in that order) Neeb/Clem (NOT in that order)

I don't see HM making it to the RO8.

I just listed the two players I thought would advance, I was pretty sure about the order of group A, but the other groups are up there based on their form then. Otherwise, it would have been Reynor first and Neeb first for my preferred predictions

Otherwise, it would have been Reynor first and Neeb first for my preferred predictions Remember the order of the match are important as well, Reynor has to play Zest first for the IEM Final rematch, and depending on how Zest ZvP look, Reynor might have to play him twice to get out of the group. Same situation in group C where Inno has to play against Special, who just beat him in ST2 and look very good in TvT. Group D would be full of potential for "upset" as HM will play Clem first, with Time and Neeb trying to lock it down as well.
