Doesn't have to be bad, if Rogue wins he will just have showed his strongest ZvP chops in a long BO7 series, unless it goes full on weird because its a teamkill =P Could be pretty good for Stats in that case, if Trap wins though then yeah, Stats is in trouble.

Technicaly speaking if somebody wants STats to win it all he has to be able to beat the GSL victor too ![]()

The champion of ST2 doesn't have to be able to beat the GSL champion. Only Stats have to be able to do that to win ST2 because of bracket unluck.

If we think about GSL champ as a player who's supposed to be the favorte for ST championsip(unless he's Maru ![]() ![]() Or worse case, he has to be able to beat sombody who's beaten the code S champ and is better ![]()

There is a reason GSL finalists are seeded on opposite sides, because beating the player that defeated X player can in some cases be a lot easier than defeating X players yourself. Take GSL vs the world, switch Stats with Elazer and we might have had Dark and Maru in that semifinals instead of Neeb and Elazer.

And why can't you just admit, that what you wrote, was wrong? ![]()

And if he is supposed to win it all he has to win against everyone. But yeah, bracket luck is a thing ![]() I'm not wrong ![]()
