I didn't have the pleasure of knowing Geoff personally, but through his casts, streams and the Pylon Show he brought so much joy to the scene, and I can't believe it's already been a whole year without him. I still remember vividly standing at attention in front of our barracks, barely able to hold back tears the morning I read the tragic news. It just plain sucks. I can't even begin to imagine the pain of his friends and family when even a casual viewer like me was and still is so devastated.

Rest in peace, Geoff.
You are missed.

Man, a year went by. Doesn't really feel like it. Can you imagine how amazing recent developments in professional SC2 would have been with Geoff? The ESL returning and taking command, the caster team league..

I really, really, wish we could have had Geoff bring us some humor and levity in the last year. He always had such a contagious energy. I can’t believe it’s already been a year. He died at a very difficult time in my life, and I cried like a baby for longer than I’d care to admit— without ever having met the man.

This day will be sad for me for a while. We miss you Geoff. En Taro iNcontroL

We as a community have to make sure we donate to streams (even 1 dollar), comment on threads, support players and streamers in anyway possible and keep the scene alive in Geoff's honor. RIP big man, I know you're up there bench pressing 500 pounds and making even the most swole of angels rethink their weight lifting approach.

He was such a good combo of funny and kind. It is bittersweet, I am sad that he is gone, but happy for he time we had him for. He was always may favorite person in the SC2 scene. RIP brother, you are missed.
