![]() I was like.. "But but.. the draws?"... which left me with an empty feeling. I wouldn't have minded that they announced when it would take place instead of actually doing it right after the groups concluded. But no announcement at all was really sad. How you guys feel?

Exactly. Waiting for new group is very annoying, especially because West America is almost the latest region of the world.

TLO is one of the more surprising upsets to me. Even though he's not exactly S tier foreigner anymore, I am still pretty surprised he couldn't make it out of a standard NA group. Also has not making it through... he probably could have won if he just played standard games lol

That would be if soul spirit took out Serral. i think some people don't realize that China/TW are competitive. we expect veterans like TLO and Bly to beat "unknown" players, but Chinese players are not unknowns, they're quite strong. who was expecting TLO to win again? i love TLO, he's one of the true good guys of the scene, but even a few years ago he wasn't a serious contender to win tournaments. Bly is not a standard or consistent player either HateMe has also been a strong runner up in EU qualis for some time if you've been paying attention

I’ll mention that on the broadcast at the end though and we’ll recap the Ro16 players. if Feardragon is right, announcement should come in the next few hours :D

edit: Just realised there are only a total of 10 Zerg players advancing in two regions, what happened to WCS?

Mcanning taking a map out of Special was my biggest surprise. But the guy seemed so genuinely happy about it, that it was a pleasant one.

Chinese players know about Has' strategy. Do not be so surprised.

ZvZ is pretty much as consistent as the other match-ups, especially since we no longer (or most of the time don't) see ling baneling vs ling baneling anymore.
