OK, It *reveals*... so it must be proved to be genuine at first, right? And even if it's real, circumstance and context is required, right? What if somebody point a gun at his head and force him to type those? What if after all those messages, he actually added another line "If I chat like this and get exposed on the web, will I get destroyed?" but was omitted by the one did the screenshot?

so to the OP, fuck you for thinking i wanted to read this shit. no, i didnt. and mods, wtf? question if I say a racist joke but its private and I am a public figure to you want to know that I make racist jokes? no. that shit is for gossip rags. whether TIME is a racist or a sexist or an angel, it has nothing to do with me watching him play starcraft. i'd watch a murderer play starcraft. i dont care. the two have nothing to do with each other this is an sc2 forum, not a gossip forum. if you care about personal lives of starcraft players then discuss it somewhere else really so say a leader at a local state or federal level thinks it ok to make racists jokes ur ok with that? when i'm making decisions on my votes for elected officials, part of that is judging how much they care about the people they're representing. that's relevant to their jobs. if they hate some of the people whose interests they're responsible for protecting, then i wouldn't vote for them. they won't fulfill the duties of their job. so what does that have to do with sc2? if an sc2 player doesn't respect women or koreans, how will that affect his micro, macro, strategy?

if someone is behaving well now then im not going to stop them because they behaved poorly in the past. so if a rapist can entertain me by playing sc2 well, how am i helping myself or him or the world by making him stop? if you are the one wanting to do harm (stop him playing sc2) in response to the harm he did before (raping someone), then you have to justify the harm you are doing. i dont have to justify not doing harm... by simply paying taxes to a government that has a system of law enforcement and justice, i've done my part. i elect officials to guide those systems to be the best they can be. as a citizen, i do not attempt to make up my own legal punishments. it's not my responsibility and i have no problem not caring about it
most people practicing social justice are in reality practicing social punishment. they are the ones in need of a lot more justification for the harm they do to people.

NonY did you get that the guy said:
fuck korean women and
fuck them [korean women] until they faint
is calling out a person for saying that "injust social punishment"?

if an actor did/say something racist at this level, I have no reason to doubt he/she would be punished, by sponsors or agent. I don't care if what was said happened in private or public time.
I expect the same here in SC2 scene.

Let me clear it up, because i feel like i am behind on this drama.
A guy said some gross stuff in private chat.
Said private chat got ratted out.
???
Drama!
Well, okay, who actually cares? I mean, sure, the sponsors that care about mythical thing called "advertising", probably do, but what living being is pathetic enough to actually care?

what i think goes wrong with social justice: they punish people because they think it will act as a deterrent so that the harm they cause is improving society in the long run because it'll deter worse acts in the future. that whole approach is of very questionable efficacy and requires a lot of justification. but they don't care about justifying themselves fully because they have a mob mentality and because the victims of their harm are people who have done bad things (though there is also collateral damage, which they don't seem to care about). and ultimately because they don't do illegal things, so they believe they're just behaving how they're entitlted to.

Everyone here bashing TIME should post the most political incorrect conversation they've ever held publicly right now. But I guess you're all angels and have never held a political incorrect conversation, right? Never used a slur word while talking to friends?
