The reason he gets picked up and not the big hitters is probably because he is ready to settle for lower wages, probably used to less. (Now I'm not saying this to be mean or discriminate any of my heroes, I just try to come up with explanations) | ||

1) these players are retiring soon 2) these players make enough money from tournaments to justify continuing to be a pro (unlikely) 3) they're waiting on better offers 4) they're doing stuff on the side and pushing SC2 to a lower priority | ||

Others, like Innovation, are making fairly regular money from online tourneys, and can reasonably expect to get a decent payout from big tournaments like GSL/Katowice. | ||

Maybe they are also being motivated by Byun's recent success being teamless. pushing them to have results to survive as opposed to being in their comfort zone with a salary. my 2 cents | ||
