Really sad to see such a long running staple of the NA scene go. I'll never forget all the Team Gravity Fight Night's, rivalry showmatches you guys had with Dust, and great games your players showed.
Thanks for the memories, and best of luck to everyone involved.

Sad to see this, really enjoyed having you guys as rivals in team leagues etc.
Will always remember the fun of MLG Raleigh with you Beast.
Gl to all of you in the future

Really nice interview reads.
I feel obligated to post because there was such a huge rivalry between Gravity and my own team DuSt Gaming. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't surprised at how long you guys could sustain yourself AND be a competitive team in the NA scene. You should be proud of the great work you all put in to making it last so long. Your roster was always stacked. You should be proud of players like Semper who you had since day one and provided the opportunities for him to break out and be where he is today. Your fight night's were entertaining, I never knew who was going to play on your cards and trying to squeeze one of my players into the event when you guys were always booked solid was always a fingers crossed moment.
When it came to playing against each other you guys had our number on the majority of occasions. Gravity definitely kept us on our toes when it came to practicing and competing. It was cool seeing you guys at MLGs and Redbull tournaments, despite having such a low grassroots budget. You guys were all super cool and fun to be around.
Thanks for participating in our Team League over the last 3 seasons. You guys showed up for matches and always did super well. Your season 3 was flawless 8W-0L (32-4 in map score). I was on the edge of my seat watching you guys take that season and just run away with the entire thing; claiming the Season 3 Title defeating the former 2x defending champs PSISTORM. It just seemed like a perfect way to end everything. Wow
Truth is you guys did it right, although it couldn't be sustained, I'd keep your heads high that it didn't go unnoticed or unappreciated, not to mention very successful.
Thanks Gravity and good luck to everyone with the paths they take in the future.

very sad to see a staple NA team close. best of luck in the future.

Thanks for the good times Grav. Being involved in Fight Night so much I want to also thank some people who made Fight Night possible in no particular order.
Production: MasterDalk, Hawkeye, Kuren, Trigonal
Casters: Droopy, feardragon, Drennoc, Temp0, JaKaTaK, Trigonal, Tenshi, PiG, Sybert, Wardii, ZombieGrub, qxc, Axeltoss.
Really sorry if I forgot anyone, was a pleasure to work with you all. You guys made the events great.
|
Attending RedBull Detroit with you boys was a great friggin time. Techno, cip, droopster, Bacon, poizon, and of course Beast and anyone I might have missed you are an awesome group of people who are slightly insane for the amount of hard work you all put in. Grav might be ending here, but hopefully the Grav house is still open for parties xD

I haven't watched your content or paid much attention to your players, but I am sad to see a group of people work hard yet remain unrewarded. I feel bad for not tuning in.
Its too bad you guys couldn't remain constant in the SC2 scene. Good luck to everyone in Team Gravity! Thanks for your diligent efforts.

I'll never forget the team.
|
Best of luck in the future.
|
I admired team gravity's passion and efforts in the NA community, sad to see its end. best of luck !!!
|
Best wishes in the future guys!
|
GG guys. Thanks for all the memories.

The Team Gravity anthem will always be legendary.
|
that sucks. another one bites the dust in the never ending cycle of dying and newborn organizations for the grassroots scene.
|
Working on Fight Nights was some of the most fun I've had running StarCraft streams. Sad to see the team go. Gravity helped build a lot of players and break out even more. Until next time dudes.
|
BeaSt,
It has been an honor competing against you and existing together in this scene we call home. You and your team are truly one of the few I've known that never faltered in its mission or standards. The players you helped foster and events you created are a part of a legacy that will be remembered for years to come.

Cheers guys, GL in the future!
|
It was a pleasure to work on this with Grav. Cheers all, you definitely made your mark on SC2 history!
