What I understood, the writer did some investigation. He found proofs that Sonic soldh is shoes to warhouses who sold the shoes way cheaper then SBENU franchiese stores. I understand the text like the company SBENU is bankrupt and Sonic more or less delayed filing of insolvency for the company via tricks. | ||
