He just won olimoleague today and these past two years made him one of the most greatest players ;p It's really hard to make this kind of ranking but the writer make a good job. Maybe the top 20 could be satisfy much people with others stars like Parting sOs Bomber and why not soulkey or Stephano

As for Rain, I don't think he belongs here at all and certainly not as high as he is. Yes his rapid string of top-tier results after transitioning over to sc2 are impressive and especially since he innovated so quickly. Yet, outside of both of his OSL runs, his premiere results are kind of weak compared to what you'd expect for a top 16 player. WCS Asia was a bunch of foreigners and PvP, where Rain only played one top-tier PvP for that run (PartinG). I'm not even sure the 2013 Hotsix cup should be a tier-1 event considering the format was only a ro8 (where he played a slumping Symbol and Dear to get to the finals) over the span of 4 days.. Then there's the consistency route, where Rain is one of very few reliable Protoss players. Yet, even in that regard, Rain got not one, but TWO charity seeds into code S. Now, I'm not stupid enough to think that Rain wouldn't have eventually made it in to code S, but there's no denying that it greatly accelerated things for him. Back then you couldn't go from code B to champ in one season. Given how closely contested this list is, I think that's a notable blemish on Rain. Especially when he's ahead of the likes of Maru, who's gotten ro8+ in nearly everything since winning his OSL while even up against huge imbalance.

Life Taeja obviously not in it because he never won anything until he ran away to take money from foreigners. Parting never won GSL so he doesn't deserve top 15 either.

Maybe he should have been in #6-10, but his accomplishments are far too numerous and impressive to leave him out of the list entirely, and he hasn't been already listed... Edit: Taeja is also on the frontpage picture of the article. I don't know if that means anything.

Yeah, honestly, one of them not being in the top five means they weren't even good enough up be in the top fifteen, which is incredible.
