I love the fact that you give justification for each ranking and why they're better than the last guy, it makes it feel a lot more definitive and thought out. Whoa there. Is giving justification for a ranking something that needs to be commended these days? That's kind of... sad, don't you think? I mean, if this was stuchiu throwing 15 names at us with no justification I'd not even consider taking this seriously <.<.

I mean the specific stuff about runs at the end of each write-up specifically. Obviously there's gonna be justification on any ranking but I like how he specifically went into why number X is better than X+1.

That would mainly mean to me winning multiple GSL or Starleague titles over several years. Everything other than that needs to be considered on a case by case basis. The players I have zero doubt that belong to this category are Mvp and Life as proven by their actual results. Then it's getting a little bit tricky. - MC? Great start, fell off, kept himself relevant through beating foreigners - MMA? the same - Polt? the same - Taeja? never has even reach a final in Korea, somewhat consistent in GSL, fame aquired by beating foreigners - Parting? slightly more accomplished version of Taeja - Innovation, Zest, Nestea, sOs, Soulkey, soO? strong period quite short, not really "all time" players - MKP? what the fuck I don't even - are there any players that are too underated? maybe, but are they top 10 of all times? probably not. Symbol, Losira, Bomber? probably not. Compared to those, Maru was there from the very beginning. surely, his first great win is as late of 2013, but he has 2 actual starleague titles and he was very impressive outside of these two wins the whole time inbetween. It's quite a difficult task to rank these other players. Using different kinds of metric, almost any order is possible. However, I don't really feel like saying that Maru is the 3rd greatest player of all times - if you think about it in the right way, you can find similar counterarguments to place him that high as well (relatively irrelevant for a couple of years, occassional inconstistence). Because I can't really decide an a good measure, I just went by feeling. Some of this will be against my own arguments presented above. It's just people I feel are really great in some sense. 1. Mvp 2. Life 3. Innovation 4. Rain 5. Parting 6. Maru and then I don't really know at all

Nestea I guess even though it's more nostalgia talking, but I guess he was pretty inventive and did a lot of work for Zerg early on and he is including creativity and meta game shifts as reasons for rankings. @Sharkie, sure MC won 2 GSL's but he was in how many GSL's total, never strung together more then a handful in a row. Parting got a Nestea award and has been in like 18 GSL's, plus he has been competing with the best of the best in Korea since 2012. MC made a fortune off beating up on foreigners and Code A level Koreans for the last few years.
