What, they are playing Sora! Excited to see how that goes.
Feels like there mostly established good players seeing any playtime at the moment, going to be hard picking up cheap players that can score you any points this season it feels like. Especially with this first week of matchups.

Under the Proleague record, looks like there's a mistake for Zest's record? Shows him at 10-5 and 1st? Isn't he 6-5, and InNo is 6-0 and 1st? Somehow it gave Zest wwww in his last 4 games, when his last SPL game was a L to Leenock, iirc.
And it says KT added PenguiN, is this the same PenguiN that SKT picked up during the GSL/SSL qualifiers and before SPL Round 1? If so, shouldn't PenguiN be under the 'Releases' from SKT? Or is this a different PenguiN (a third penguin  )

You're quite right, I typo'd 2014 playoffs instead of 2015. But a clarification on the rankings in the records - these count playoffs so they will differ from the official win ranking which only counts the round-robin games.
Yes it's the same PenguiN, but he's not on the list because he wasn't on SKT's round 1 roster for Proleague even if he was on the team.

I can't read. Not surprising foxtrot is gone since it's disliked by most pro despite having decent balance stats and interesting dynamics and they pick up the two playable maps in the new WCS map pool. A bit sad about the fact there isn't a "new" map that we wouldn't have seen yet.

I would have preferred them to make some custom proleague maps.
The maps are just too monotonous. Many of the maps have been in the pool for a year! It's the same everywhere because of WCS - proleague is one of the only high tier tournaments that can give us some different maps. Now these old maps will be played for another 3 months. It's just getting way too old, these maps should have left the game at the very latest last season.

I doubt Life will always replace TY. TY is still competing in individual leagues, unlike Flash and Zest who can dedicate all their practice to Proleague. I think they'll rotate who Life replaces though it'll probably be TY more often because Zest and Stats have been their two best players and they seem reluctant to not send out Flash.
Only surprise in lineups other than the return of Sora is no Bomber for StarTale. I figured with him out of all the individual leagues he might come out more for them. As it is they're effectively replacing Life with aLive... which is a very similar name and a very different player skill. Not sure why but aLive's skill seems to have fallen off a cliff ever since he left EG after the 2013 season.

Fun fact. Both Rogue and Trap played the exact same opponents in the last week of Round 1, and both of them lost!. Trap faced Hurricane in game 2, and lost. Rogue faced Shine in game 3, and lost. So there are 2 revenge matches there. I think it's safe to say that both Trap and Rogue are still heavily favored, regardless of their past losses...
