A possible explanation for the Terran bias would be that raw skill is more apparent. It has clear micro and multitasking, while also being the human race.
Zerg has always been my best race, but I have always rooted for Terran (and some Zerg).

Go Maru! Definitely the more talented player here!

Terran is generally a more mechanically demanding race to play. Many Terran players play with a higher APM than the average, which can be very punishing for the wrists.

About as many terrans and zergs have wrists problems. Both are very APM heavy.

I remember the first innovation's good run in GSL Tasteless and Artosis were calling him the best RTS player of all time. I think that's really disrespectful. I have no idea whose gonna win, but in 5hrs 32 min this will be epic. I don't think Maru can take him in straight up macro. It's going to come down to mine drops, helion runbys, and doom drops.
